Our commitment to you amid COVID-19

 

We’re taking extraordinary measures to keep our patients safe and to ensure that your coverage is maintained throughout the crisis. All Life Infusion and Life Pharmacy centers are kept clean throughout the day, and our labs maintain a completely sterile environment, pursuant to USP 797/800 standards. Infusions are done in private rooms, limiting exposure, and all of our pharmacies are equipped with protective barriers to eliminate direct contact. We’re also here 24/7 to answer any questions you might have.

 

Below is a list of other measures we’re taking to guarantee safe and sanitary conditions, along with advice for patients on how best to protect themselves against the virus.

 

• All staff have been instructed to wear gloves and masks throughout the day
• We’re working with insurance companies to make sure patients do not have any breaks in coverage
• No medications will ever be touched by hand
• We’re regularly monitoring all of our staff for Coronavirus symptoms
• We’re maintaining multiple production and distribution centers to limit the possibility of contamination and ensure continual operation
